Cookie Policy
This website uses the bare minimum of cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or any kind of cross-site tracking.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device to remember information between pages or visits. Under article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSICE), only cookies strictly necessary to provide the service you requested may be installed without prior consent.
2. Cookies we use
- NEXT_LOCALE — technical, strictly necessary
- Remembers the language you chose (Spanish, English or German) so we don't ask again. Duration: up to 1 year. Owner: seamallorca.es.
- Stripe cookies — technical, strictly necessary
- Only if you start a payment. Set on Stripe's own domain (checkout.stripe.com) to maintain the payment session and prevent fraud. Owner: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or profiling cookies, and we do not share identifiers with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Why there is no consent banner
Every cookie used is strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested — remembering your language and completing your payment — and is exempt from the prior-consent requirement under article 22.2 LSSICE and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If we ever added analytics or marketing cookies, we would show a banner with genuine accept, reject and configure options.
4. How to manage or delete them
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others allow this per site). Note that blocking the language cookie means the site falls back to the automatically detected language, and blocking Stripe's cookies may prevent payment from completing.
The servers hosting the site also log technical connection data for security purposes; those logs are described in the Privacy Policy.
